The Patient Safety Authority has begun the implementation of a data interface to accept Incident reports from Act 13 of 2002 reporting facilities directly through their existing internal incident reporting systems. Data interface cannot be done for facilities that are reporting healthcare-associated infections under Act 52 of 2007 or for those reporting Serious Events. Only facilities reporting Incident reports can develop an interface with the Authority. Facilities that want to develop interface capabilities should contact Judy Marpoe, PA-PSRS Project Manager, at jmarpoe@state.pa.us
