Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority Issues 2012 Annual Report 

The Pennsylvania Patient Safety Authority issued its 2012 Annual Report highlighting increases in its educational programs where attendance grew 70 percent since last year with nearly twice the number of individuals participating in its free educational sessions offered by its Patient Safety Liaison (PSL) program.
